He has been grade chair, is on the School Improvement Committee, A+ Committee, PTO Secretary, a supporter of the Optimist Club, and is committed to improving student academic achievement.

We are proud to announce that our very own Melanie Donaldson, 6th grade, has been selected to receive the Arizona Education Association Christa McAuliffe Award! This annual award recognizes an educator who inspires his or her peers and makes them proud to be a teacher. Named for Christa McAuliffe, the first American civilian--and teacher-- in space, this award honors an Arizona educator.
